## What CoTender is

CoTender (https://cotender.my) is a Malaysian government-tender aggregation and eligibility platform. It collects open tenders and quotations (sebut harga) from the federal portals (MyProcurement, ePerolehan) plus the many state, local-council, university and government-linked-company (GLC) procurement boards that never post to the federal sites, deduplicates them into one feed, and matches each tender against a company's registration so a contractor sees only the ones they can actually bid on. Its differentiator versus the official portals: every portal in one place, filtered to your eligibility, with new tenders alerted the day they open.
